NEW HIGH RESOLUTION ROTOR for Azimuth and Elevation
This new rotor set is created for CBK (space analysis center)
The new set will have a upgraded driver with many functions, new power supply and a switcher for external devices and a modificated BIG-RAS Rotor, type: BIG-RAS/HR
The BIG-RAS/HR is a two engine rotor which is confugered with two impulsatores on two electronic sensors HALL (transsmision 0,0058 degree on impulse) counting will be 0,1 degree on impulse

Rotor has a modificated scheme for impulsatore connection and a filter for anti-interference ( max 15A on engine )
To control the rotor through the MD-01 driver module you need 4-core control cable (4*1.5mm2) to control the AZ & EL engines and 8-core to detect the positions sensors.
The BIG-RAS/HR rotator can be mount on a pipe of max. 68mm. Max. diameter pipe for elevation is 51mm A Heavy Duty mounting bracket is available, to mount for example a 3...6 Meter Dish at the rotator.

The MD-01 Driver unit has plug outs for, com0, com1, USB device, USB HOST ( in future ), I2C plug outs, SPI . Additional ETHERNET modules, RS425 plug out or RS422 can be placed.
To this driver you can connect our standart Rotors RAK, BIG-RAK, RAEL, RAS, BIG-RAS and new Rotor BIG-RAS/HR. MD-01 driver works on a good processor, LPC1768 ( 100Mhz ) or LPC1769 ( 120Mhz ) and a high program memory
A different programm or a modified programm can be easy add or changed. Standard is a basic program installed, (functions similiar to BIG-RAS Driver) but custom made is possible.
The SPID BIG-RAS/HR needs a dual power supply, 15Volt / 24Volt We will advise you Power Supply Unit PS-01
