RF HAMDESIGN 3 Meter PRIME FOCUS MESH DISH KIT (F/D=0.4)

This MESH DISH KIT is easy to assemble, 20mm square tube aluminium is used for the 12 rib contruction which are pre-assembled and ready to place at the 20cm, 10mm thickness aluminium centers.
The DISH KIT is supplied with a 4 leg feed support, all assembling parts and 6mm square mesh, which can be used up to 6cm band (max 6GHz).

You only need a hand driller, a hand riveter, Spanner No:10, a hand cutter and some time to assemble this DISH KIT

12 Rib and centers

CONSTRUCTION:  


2 pcs CNC milled centers are used to mount rib's

Centers are 20cm round, 10mm thickness aluminium

Rib's made of 20mm sq aluminium tube

Each rib contains 120 rivets (total 1440 pcs)

4 inner rings are used to secure mesh

Outher rim made of 3x20mm aluminium strip

Mesh secured by using of 2x20mm aluminium strip

4-Leg feed support 20 square aluminium tube

Special U-clamp for feed support

As option available mast/rotor mount clamp

Material: 10mm thickness aluminium base plate, 2pcs diagonal support 100*40mm, stainless steel bolts and galvanized steel mast clamp for use at 47....52mm pipe. (50mm pipe not included)
