Since DXView v1.2.9 is supported (20/April/2001)
The DXView is an excellent program that determines the associated DXCC entity, reporting its location and beam heading from your QTH just with a call prefix.
It's free and you can download it at: DXVIEW
Configuration:
You need to choose at: Config->Rotator Control-> ARSWIN
No more parameters are required (Com port or LPT port) between the DXView and ARSWIN, since the DXView and ARSWIN interface via "DDE" and this option is always activated at the ARSWIN program
